I began my career straight out of high school, working for eight years in administration before transitioning into healthcare recruitment.
I began my career straight out of high school, working for eight years in administration before transitioning into healthcare recruitment. In the UK Healthcare Recruitment, I worked as an OOH Consultant, booking shifts and speaking regularly with nurses which was often about the real challenges they faced on the job. These conversations gave me a deep appreciation for the emotional and physical demands of nursing, and the incredible impact nurses have on people’s lives. After nearly two years in the role, I’ve brought that insight and experience to BluePrint Nursing, where I now work in compliance administration, blending my background in both admin and healthcare.
Outside of work, I love hitting the road on my motorcycle, cooking meals for friends and family (I come from a family of chefs), and diving into weekend gaming sessions which is usually torn between Battlefield and Call of Duty.
