Meet your Team
Hailing from Dublin, Ireland – Rachel studied a degree in Business & Management, specializing in Human Resources. Following her studies, Rachel worked as a Human Resource Manager in Ireland, focusing on all aspects of internal recruitment processes. In 2019, Rachel moved to Australia to travel and spent majority of her time (16 months in total) working as a Capsicum farmer in Far North Queensland! Prior to Blueprint Medical, Rachel worked in agency recruitment in Melbourne and then moved into a branch manager role remotely for their Sydney branch working in an array of different sectors from Sales, Marketing and overall Customer Service. In a personal sense, Rachel wanted to be a midwife growing up and because of this, she has always had a keen interest in the Medical industry.
Nichole has recently relocated from London to Sydney. She brings with her a wealth of experience recruiting into the Health and Social Care across the UK specializing in Senior Leadership up to C-suite level for providers delivering Residential and Supported Living services for Adults and Children with Mental Health, Learning and Physical Disabilities
Nichole is committed to finding her Doctors the best opportunities and ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.
