Ali was deeply involved in her grandparents’ ageing process, which led her to develop a strong desire to be part of staffing solutions. She witnessed firsthand how much patient care can be affected when a facility is short-staffed. Ali’s parents were nurses, and she worked behind the scenes on the phones for St John Ambulance for four years before moving to Sydney to pursue a career in recruitment. For the past two years, she has been building relationships with facilities and nurses, starting a desk from scratch to establish rapport in a new state.
