Be friendly, know your boundaries and personal space, stay professional, and connect with other nurses by networking to gain insights and support.<\/em><\/p>\n The ability to go to places I thought were impossible to visit and the opportunity to work in different environments and learn from diverse teams is really uplifting. In addition, the pay scale is motivating. Also, the flexibility and variety I\u2019ve experienced have been great. My first two contracts were in the same area, but this time it will be different and that mix of excitement and anxiety gives me even more motivation to engage with the unknown and enjoy every moment.<\/em><\/p>\n The accommodation is comfortable, safe, and conveniently within the hospital grounds.<\/em><\/p>\n I guess things like needing a Tax File Number, opening a bank account, and bringing my own uniforms, but that has all been sorted. Know what MMR is, what RSQ and RFDS mean, and why pay differs in each state.
