Since adopting Australia as his home in 2011, he has held Director and Management roles with two leading medical recruitment companies. In that time he developed recruitment desks across psychiatry, general medicine and surgery.
Nothing makes him happier than supplying a regional community a knowledgeable and enthusiastic psychiatrist. Although he may not be able to help patients himself, he works with the doctors who can!
Karen is an experienced Recruiter and Manager with over 11 years' experience in both the UK and Australia.
She has always had a strong interest and aptitude for Medical Science, after graduating with an Honours Degree in Neuroscience, so she naturally progressed into the Medical Recruitment industry.
Karen works tirelessly and focuses her strengths around candidate and customer care. She takes the time to really get to know her people and consistently strives to offer a highly tailored approach in finding those ideal locum and permanent placements.
Zoe has come from the government sector and is an experienced recruiter who enjoys the fast pace and versatility of the role as no two days are the same.
She has an in-depth understanding of a variety of areas of recruitment after being exposed to all facets of the role, from business development and rostering, to nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients.
Zoe is currently studying Human Resources and Leadership and enjoys spending her downtime training for half marathons, which, she admits, she has not quite mastered yet.
